Joy and vitality are natural states of being for our Self. We are born with the possibility for love and connection along with freedom and a sense of our uniqueness. Finding the ways to connect the mind, body and spirit are crucial to our experience of vitality in our lives. Somatic work allows us to become aware of the importance of listening to the body and its language when searching for meaning and joy in our lives.
