This is the threshold of elderhood.

And in our culture, it is largely unmarked. Unheld. Unspoken.

This course is an invitation to cross that threshold—

with awareness, with language, and in the company of others doing the same.

You may feel it as:

A subtle (or unmistakable) shift in identity

A loosening of roles that once defined you

A deepening need for truth over performance
